Stellar Power Yoga

Miriam provided great customer service. In the midst of personal life events, she remained positive and professional. We had a private in-home yoga session with Richard. He was on time, informative and instructive. Richard really helped us reset during our bachelorette weekend. The bride truly enjoyed the experience.

Stellar Yoga is simply the best. Every instructor I've had here has been extremely knowledgeable of yoga technique and genuinely cares about us students. I love the studio's welcoming and unpretentious atmosphere. You will see all kinds of body types at Stellar, and as someone who is not naturally flexible or athletic, it's inspiring to see others that don't have the "model yogi" body type succeed in class.

If you've been seeking a yoga studio where "connecting with your spirituality" isn't just a quarterly workshop, I highly recommend checking this place out! I stumbled upon this yoga studio by chance, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I've been in many different types of yoga practice settings, and I must say that Stellar Power Yoga has been the most unique! The vibe, the community...it's not your stereotypical sterile/serious/do-it-for-the-Gram-yoga-girl kind of place. Everyone was warm and friendly, and even though the class I attended was a yin (deep stretching) class, it was also FUN! Miriam was the instructor and she touched my heart! I'm so glad to have found this special place and hope to make it a part of my weekly schedule.

I had initially started prenatal yoga at month 7 of my pregnancy with Stellar Power Yoga because I was having major breathing issues and had body pains. Literally from the first secession I was already breathing better(I used to gasp for air while sleeping). I did the prenatal yoga package and went consistently twice a week until I reached 9 months. Dipti was my instructor, she is everything I could wish for. She taught me so much about my own body, my own strength I didn’t know I had especially during my third trimester when you’re at your heaviest and most vulnerable. She taught me moves that alleviated my swollen ankles, my aching body, after a secession I always felt lighter and stronger. I want to thank the owner Miriam for being so knowledgeable and patient with me and all my questions. Thank you so much Stellar Power Yoga for the teachings, the care, the love, and most of all for teaching me how to properly meditate and calm my mind from worry and anxiety. It has made a world of a difference for me and my journey. I can’t wait to come back after the baby and experience more bliss at the regular yoga classes.

I usually try to get in a yoga class when I travel for work and happened to came across Stellar Power Yoga from a Google Map search. I really enjoyed the friendly and welcoming nature of the studio, the other students and the instructor, Paige, so much so that I returned for a second class the following day. I'll make sure to come back again the next time I'm in Atlanta.
